Enjoy with a spoon. Careful brownie will be hot. Good served with a tablespoon or two of vanilla ice cream. I used a 1100 watt microwave. 60 seconds makes a molten center brownie. 75 seconds makes a uniformly cooked brownie.

- You will notice there is no pic of my actual brownie in a mug and that my friend is because I ate the darn thing before I decided to write this post!
- I had mine with a big dollop of vanilla bean gelato on top.
- Totally hit the spot.
- I did find it to be more or a pudding consistency than a brownie, but it didn't matter because it was delish.
- Even hubby who is not a fan of warm desserts at all smashed his down and said it was like something out of Masterchef!
